Most in-stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days. We ship most everything out of Minnesota using mostly USPS, which typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. During holidays, packages can take longer to arrive. *Due to COVID-19, please expect longer delivery times.
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.
HelloLoveMe.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
If at all possible, we will try to ship all your items in one package. In some cases though, items may be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions. please contact us.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS OR I WANT TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS
We will ship to the exact address you put in as your shipping address. We are not responsible if you enter the incorrect address, whether because of auto-correct or otherwise. We generally ship your order within 2-3 business days after it is placed. If you need to make any corrections, please send an email as soon as possible to email@example.com. If we can catch your order before it ships, we're in the clear. Otherwise it will be shipped to the address you entered during checkout.
I WANT TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER
We generally ship your order within 2-3 business days after it is placed. If you wish to cancel or change your order, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If we can catch your order before it ships, we're in the clear. Otherwise it will be shipped as is.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase*.
*Products of a sanitary or personal nature are not able to be returned.
*Products that are consumable in nature are not able to be returned.
*Products that are on clearance, manufacturer's defect specials, or other "closeout" types of deals are not able to be returned.
*Digital products are not eligible for a refund.
*If you purchased a bundle with both digital and physical products and wish to return the complete bundle, you will be refunded at our discretion based on how many and which digital products you received as part of the bundle. (digital products by nature cannot be returned and they are emailed to you shortly after you place your order.)
To request a return, email email@example.com for a Return Authorization # (RA#). Please make sure to include the reason for your return. We will reply with an RA# and the return address. Returns that did not receive an RA# may not be accepted and will in that case be returned to sender.
Once you receive your RA#, the item must be shipped back within 5 business days and a tracking number provided to us.
Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. It is also recommended that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise. You will need to provide us with the tracking number for your package.
Returns must be in unused condition, unworn, undamaged, not missing parts, in the original intact packaging, and in a perfectly resell-able condition. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED, DAMAGED, OR INCOMPLETE CONDITION.
Please note: All personalized, custom, clearance, manufacturer's defect, and other types of "closeout" deals are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable.
HelloLoveMe.com reserves the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
After we receive the returned item, it takes between 1 and 5 days to complete the return process. Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

- We will reply with your RA# and the return address.

If you wish to exchange your item for another, please follow the return process outlined above. You can then place a new order for the item you want.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS
Although we check all merchandise for defects, damages, and complete orders prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is complete and free of any defects. If a defect or damage is found, or if your order is incorrect or something is missing, it is your responsibility to contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item so that we can correct the issue immediately.
