SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES

Most in-stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days. We ship most everything out of Minnesota using mostly USPS, which typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. During holidays, packages can take longer to arrive. *Due to COVID-19, please expect longer delivery times.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.

HelloLoveMe.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.

Most in-stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days. We ship most everything out of Minnesota using mostly USPS or UPS, which typically takes 10-20 business days to arrive. If your package is stopped in customs, it can take an extra few days to arrive (not all packages are stopped in customs, it is a random selection).

During holidays, packages can take longer to arrive. *Due to COVID-19, please expect longer delivery times.

You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties that are due upon receipt.

We do not ship to Northwest Territories, Yukon, or Nunavut.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS OR I WANT TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS

We will ship to the exact address you put in as your shipping address. We are not responsible if you enter the incorrect address, whether because of auto-correct or otherwise. We generally ship your order within 2-3 business days after it is placed. If you need to make any corrections, please send an email as soon as possible to support@helloloveme.com. If we can catch your order before it ships, we're in the clear. Otherwise it will be shipped to the address you entered during checkout.

I WANT TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER

We generally ship your order within 2-3 business days after it is placed. If you wish to cancel or change your order, you must email us at support@helloloveme.com as soon as possible. If we can catch your order before it ships, we're in the clear. Otherwise it will be shipped as is.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final during the Store Closing Sale and we will not be accepting returns.
