What is crystal elixir water & why are we so obsessed with it?
Crystal elixir water is water infused with crystal healing powers and high vibrational energy.

How to make crystal elixir water
The process is simple:
1. Clean your crystals: After you choose the crystals that you’d like to use, rinse them under water to clean them.
2. Set your intention: Stop for a minute and think ‘What is your intention for this elixir?’ ‘What are you hoping to heal or attract?’ Keep in mind also the qualities of the crystals and how you can use them for the most benefit.
3. Create the mood: Once you know what your intention is, feel free to light candles, diffuse essential oils, put on high-vibe music, take a few deep breaths, and meditate on an affirmation that supports your intention. This way you’ll charge your crystals with the energy you’re hoping to get every time you drink your elixir.
4. Make your elixir: Put your crystals into a glass (or a pretty bottle if you’re making a big batch) and pour filtered water over them while thinking about your affirmation. If you prefer you can also put them next to your glass in a bowl. Both have the same benefits, so the choice is yours.
5. Enjoy your elixir water: Drink your elixir and take a moment to be grateful for this gift from Earth.
Which crystals should you choose?
When deciding on which crystals to use, think about which ones you are drawn to. Which crystals ‘speak to you’?
Try to use your intuition. One way to do this is to close your eyes, see where your hand goes, and just grab those.
If you’d like to be more purposeful with it, ask yourself: Which crystals fit best with your intention? Are you hoping to attract more love, abundance, or mental health?
Study the energetic qualities of each and go from there. Other things to consider are the texture (rough & untouched vs smooth & processed), and size (one big one or many little ones like these).
