The recommendation for adequate sleep is seven hours a night. Without that, our bodies and minds can’t reset. This can lead to increased stress, increased blood pressure, chronic health conditions like diabetes and obesity, moodiness, inability to focus and concentrate, and so much more.
Inadequate sleep doesn't just come in the form of not-enough-hours, it can also come as sleep that isn’t peaceful. If we sleep for the recommended seven hours a night, but our bodies are tense, stressed, and agitated, those same health concerns can happen!
